1. General Policy

At Star Xprt Exam, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Mock Tests)

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • The course content is technically inaccessible and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 7 days.

3. Exam Fees

Exam registration fees are non-refundable once the exam schedule has been generated or the exam has been attempted. If you miss a scheduled exam, the fee is forfeited.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@starxprtexam.com with your transaction details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously purchased services.
